Black specks or bits in baby poop
My daughter is 4months old she is been exclusively breast feed.im noticing black specks in her motion from two times and she is not on any type of medication is it normal

Do you have cracked nipples if so digested blood from breast milk can appear as black specks in stool.Apply nipcare ointment to heal the cracked nipples. If not give stool for occult blood and stool routine test and meet a paediatrician.
