Black skin near mouth

Asked for Male, 9 Years

Hello doctor he had dry skin near left side of his lip n I was applying moisturiser for it the dryness reduced but the skin has become dark. Pls tel me what may be the problem. I am attaching the photos of it. Pls suggest me what to do n may is the reason Gordon it.
