Black skin dray skin inflammation
I have dry skin inflammation on my both legs calf . I am worried about it , it looks scary for me. One of the Skin specialist prescribed me Dewsone (Mometasoane fluroate cream IP) and Vitavera for reducing inflammation. Pic attached Is it reduce dark spots on my skin ?

Yes. Mometasone will definitely reduce the inflammation and symptoms but should be used for long term. Can use moisturising lotion for long term maintenance. Most of dark spots will resolve spontaneously with moisturiser or you can take online consultation to know the depigmenting creams and other treatment options
