This problem has been on my face for more than three years . black pigment on forehead and edges of nose.

You may be developing Melasma on the cheeks and forehead.. First and foremost, sunprotection is very important. If you don't do that, it will never go. So this is required all your life. Secondly some creams are there which can reduce the pigmentation. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and prescription.
