Zandu Balm turns my forhead to black

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have been suffering from sinus since 2 years. So, inorder to reduce my headache I applied zandu balm on my forhead. After a year I noticed that part of my forhead turns to black completely. Please can anyone tell me how can I avoid this ?
