Hi Mr Sumit. Greetings. These black patches based on the short history that you have given, I presume, are those of acanthosis nigricans. This could be if your are over weight and if you have insulin resistance. The other possibilities are frictional dermatitis / intertrigo. Kindly see a dermatologist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps.
