Black patches on my neck area

Asked for Female, 25 Years

From the past 8 years onwards there are black patches on my neck. I am not understanding whether it is pigmentation or any other. I am constantly applying aloevera on it but it is of no use. Iam feeling very ackward because of it. Please suggest a quick remedy for this problem. Please suggest methods to whithen it.
