  4. Black patches on body. Like before.

Black patches on body
I have got dark black patches like sun burn on neck (front side), on both the hands and on my back (waist portion). All of sudden these r found on my body, I tried applying alovera jel daily to these areas but no improvement found. Please suggest me good medicine to make my skin whiter like before. Thanks in advance.
