  4. Black patch on back. Terrified about it.

My relatives son is 14 years old and is having a black patch on the left side of his waist at back . He never had it from childhood. He saw is around two months ago and is afraid about it .Please tell me if it is dangerous and if it is a disease or infection .He is getting terrified about it .
