Black out while Puking+Fever & Shivers
It all started with fever, which my mom got on 4th Jan'22,followed by weakness, trembling & shivers. On 8th Jan,she was trembling & shivering from within, she went to take electric heat pad (Regular activity bcz of cervical spondylosis) & that's when she started trembling more,we gave her a syrup for acidity (PAN MPS) (while taking the electric heat) as she had Zifi 200 & Dolo as advised by the doctor. That's when she couldn't get up from the chair, when we tried lifting her up,she couldn't get up,went behind & shrinked her body within & started puking for 2 minutes, her eyes were opened but her head was bent towards the floor & her body became stiff, after puking she asked why were we crying & who puked on the floor, it seems she was completely blacked out. After 10 mins, she puked for the 2nd time & she is feeling pukish all the time till now.She took lemon water for this and got sore throat, cold & wet cough since then. Can somebody please advice the cause for it & prescribe some light meds.

You should  take her to a nearby hospital  for evaluation.  Online consult  might be of little help here.
