Black moles like structures on testicals
Hello
I have recently developed multiple black mole like structures on my right side of testicals. They are non itchy, non bleeding. I had to trim hair and got a cut and then these black spots multiplied. Am not sure what they are. Can you suggest treatment or give insights what these could be? Am healthy, athletic no BP, No diabetes, nor any medical conditions.
