Black marks on face
Hello greetings, I'am frequently exposed to sun and my skin is really sensitive. I'am tanned very quickly. I have had pimples lately which have vanished but there are aftermarks remains on my forehead and some on my cheeks. I need to know if there are any remedies to make these black spots disappear. I have visited couple of dermatologists for this problem, tried a few prescribed creams etc. and have had little or no results. A concrete solution would be appreciated.

Thanks for the query. Dark spots could mean many things. I assume what you mean is probably post acne pigmentation or post inflammatory pigmentation. Targeting through a single agent may not always be fruitful. Meet a qualified Dermatologist to learn more about the diagnosis and treatment options. Combination of different therapeutic agents is always beneficial. Revlite I.e. Q-switched Nd YAG laser has been available for stubborn pigmentation and can be helpful when topical creams fail. Hope it helps. Concrete solution needs physical consultations and more in depth discussion which are the limitation of this platform.
Next Steps
A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sun block. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.
Health Tips
Apply Sunscreens regularly.
