Hi sir, Their are some black spots on my hands and neck, which are coming very slowly and becoming black. Could you please help me. Visited doctors they gave me some ointments which are not any results. I have attached pics. Pls help me. Is this occur due to vitiman B. Please let help me with Ur valuable answer.

Looks like tinea versicolour. Please send better photos through private chat for prescription. I cannot prescribe medicine here.
