Hello ! As pointed previously , this seems like a harmless , asymptomatic lesion. You should be worried about any white spot lesions , especially if you are a chronic tobacco user /indulge in smoking /pan chewing . Also since you share your intraoral picture , I'd like to point that you should definitely get cleaning, finishing and polishing of your teeth. Will improve your hygiene and reduce any risk of lesion / improve gum health etc.

As an oral medicine specialist..... this is either oral melanosis or oral naevus!!!   Mostly these type of oral lesion are without pain or any symptoms!!!!
Next Steps
If in your city any dental college/ oral medicine specialist is their .... then consult for opinion!!!!! If symptom is not present .... no need of treatment!!!!

If size of the lesion or colour of the lesion or surface of the lesion ( become rough) then consult immediately!!!!
