Having black heads on face, back, shoulder and even on legs. Facing this problem from years. Even face skin gets dry instantly. Used many medicines before, but it helped temporarily only.

Greetings. Black heads are actually a type of acne. You need to get them removed by comedone extraction and prevent their recurrence by using topical retinoid under prescription of a dermatologist.
