Black hardening of skin

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello I am getting this black hard skin below my ankel in left leg not in right one and there are hard lines also in this area and also have got a burnt kind of skin in my right little finger which is since over a month. I generally keep this finger under my phone like a stand while keeping phone in hand while typing generally. There's is no pain im both areas. Can somebody help me and explain what could ne the reason and how to make it correct? Thank you so much Gaurav Sinha
