Black forehead
I have black rectangular patches on both sides of front head since a long time. It looks like accumulated dead skin. I tried to reduce by home remedies like scrubber but unable to get result. My skin is dry type. I don't know the cause behind it. Since last five to six year I have been facing this. Initially it was not visible but now it looks very embarrassing and loosen my confidence. Pls help.

You may be having dry skin or eczema. Constant scratching causes further thickening of skin. Don't use home remedies.
Use a pH balanced cleansing lotion for face wash and moisturise twice daily. Consult a dermatologist soon for complete evaluation .
