Black dots on face

My sister had lot of small black dots on her face. She is very much confused to how to get rid of that. She dnt want to go for any surgey nor laser treatment.the mark is 2 to 3 mm wide and is on the surface of skin i. E nor mounted nor deep. Some are vet dark n some r less .
in hindi term I think it is called till(mole) . Plz help thankyou.

Hi, you can try acupuncture for a permanant relief but no medicines can cure this, go for a alternate that is good for you. Acupuncture surely helps to get rid of this.
