Black dots in mouth
I’ve not moved I’ve got two black dots on my mouth that almost look like blackheads on the inside of my cheek. They aren’t where I have bitten it by mistake as they are not sore or swollen. I’ve also got what I thought was an ulcer but now it just feels like a raised lump on the other side

The black dots you mentioned, if they are near a silver amalgam filling, then nothing to worry, they are most likely amalgam tattoos. However, it is impossible to be certain without seeing them. So best choice is to show them to a dentist. The raised lump, could be a number of things.. difficult to narrow down without more information.
Next Steps
check with a dentist.
