Black discolouration of lower lips

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Since 2 days..there has been black discolouration which is localised on my lower lip.It suddenly occured.I had been taking efin tablet since 3 days for a reddish patch that occured on my lower back and same thing came near my nipple as well.The one near my nipple is gone now and the one on the back is getting better but now I have encountered with this problem of blackish discolouration of lips.I don't smoke too.
