Black cavity
Dear Doctor
My son 3yrs 2month. We found blackish cavity found on upper left tooth..as of now has not Complaint any sort of pain whole eating or brushing ..but since it's to dark still worried before he Complaint.
Request you suggestion on this doctor...

Complaints are never the criteria for filling teeth. Once theres pain, a procedure similar to root canal treatment or extraction needs to be done. Kindly show him to a dentist as soon as possible to avoid going through the trouble. The earlier the better. They can be filled in few minutes

It looks like a cavity. Please upload pictures. You wil get pain in cavity only if it reaches the pulp. Better go to a dentist and do a dental filling to stop the spread of cavity
