Black/brown spots on lower legs

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi , I have black/brown spots all over my lower legs it seems to be increasing day by day. I dont have any pain or irritation but legs are looking very ugly. Im not sure what causing this to increase. And what is the treatment to reduce it and look normal. Attached images. Thanks.
