Black area inside cheek

Asked for Female, 16 Years

Ive had this black spot inside my right cheek. Not a small spot. Like half my cheek is black. Its been a week now, the swelling and bumpy feeling i had before isnt there but its still black. And now the area between my right jaw and neck hurts. There might be a swelling but im not sure.
