Black and dark lips
My lips are dark compared to my skin color. I used to lick my lips often. I have quit licking. Please suggest any balm to get pink lips.

Use a lip balm containing sunscreen like hydrarich lip balm. There are creams available which may help to some extent alongside which mild peels/laser can be added for which you will have to consult with a dermatologist. Avoid sun exposure and unbranded/counterfeit lipsticks.
