Bite like Bumps on knee side & upper bod

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi Doc, i got a bite like bumps on my knee side & small one on upper body from past 2 days, there are not that itchy but sometimes i feel bit of pain. Its only 3 bumps from past 2 days there are no increments. I also noticed kind of small red rashes on my lower leg (same leg of bumps). Is this something need to be worried about?
