Bipolar affective disorder and complicat
I have my first manic episode in 2001.psy care was given then after 2 month I became stable that time I was 19 year old.however I started to remain in depression mode.but again in 2003 I found pinching headeche all over mind started escitalopram 20 mg OD and then survived and continued it for 2 years and now got married and remained on ayurvedic antidepressive herbs for next two years.but suddenly I have had started doubt on my wife that she has some affairs with my relatives I became nervous and episode came but people unnoticed .in mean I was blessed with a girl child so I became asymptomatic in 2008.but this matter survived in my mind and ultimately in 2011 I got again a major episode in 2011 and got hospitalised by my wife and there I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder started lithium 500mg BD with 100 mg amisulpride and remained in regular touch with that psychiatrist but after 2 years again due to some thyroid elevation complications medicine changed .
