As per your colonoscopy and biopsy report ,you don't have any cancer or inflammatory bowerl disorder like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis, Rather it is non specific colonic infection.Your gastroenterologist who performed colonoscopy may have explained it to you and started suitable treatment for the colonic infection, which should settle down.

Colitis simply means inflammation of colon , whose cause isn't defined , hopefully it should settle with few medications...nothing really to bother you...
