As per birth date ur baby is 7 days old and value of 13.7 of total bilirubin and 0.6 direct bilirubin according to normogram is normal assuming ur baby is term, good weight and healthy.
Breast feed well and in case baby not feeding well , not active or you feel skin looks more yellow , then consult local paediatrician.
Thank you
Firstly congratulations for your new baby.
It is normal for 70-90% babies to become jaundice/ high bilirubin. 10% can need phototherapy/blue light treatment.
If jaundice persists longer than 2weeks for term baby it is called prolonged jaundice. Usually if stools are yellow and baby is gaining weight it is not a worry.
However, it is helpful even in well babies to consider thyroid function test, G6PD test and blood group to make sure no problems related to those are contributing to problem.
Best is to consult a doctor with these results/ see your Pediatrician.
Next Steps
Make sure baby is feeding well and gaining weight.
See Pediatrician.
Health Tips
If stools are yellow and baby is growing and feeding well that is good
