Hi dic. My bab y girl is 13 days old. Her serum bilirubin is 19.5 while her FT4 and TSH is in normal range. Pls suggest remedy. Is ita issue of concern.

If more of indirect bilirubin, she'll need phototherapy after investigations to rule out ABO incompatibility, G6pd deficiency, certain genetic conditions etc (since thyroid levels are normal)

If all normal it could be a benign cause like breast milk jaundice which responds to stopping feeding for 2 days
