Sir recently I have gone through health check up.. I am diagnosed with hepatomegaly and bilirubin 1.3, direct bilirubin 0.5. Kindly advise.

Surgeon should not comment casually. I would likewise not do a surgery because I am not trained to do the same. Surgeon does not even have a privilege to sit in exam to qualify for further studies in gastroenterology and hepatology sciences dealing with liver.
Next Steps
Take a proper consult from a Gastroenterologist/ Hepatologist.
