Bile vomit
Hi, I have bile vomits almost every morning while tongue cleaning which leaves me breathless and I immediately drink water yo feel better.
I saw several answers it's because of gastritis
But I my stools etc seem normal to me.
I smoke and have developed a very bad odor which might be due to something with the intestine. Could you help me with this?

It's possible due to hyperactive gag reflex. Avoid tongue cleaning with fingers. Just use brush to clean tongue. Use twice a day brush and mouth wash for bad odor. If it still persists , see a dentist.
