Bilateral Varicocele
Sir I have bilateral varicocele with testicular atrophy on left side . I also have a small hydrocele on right side with few pearls . I m thinking about Microsurgical varicocelectomy but how hydrocele will be cured no idea. Which is the best treatment ? Should I go for surgery in left side only where I have atrophy or in both side . I am not experiencing any pain. Should I opt for the surgery where scrotal incision is made or subinguinal ? What should be the best treatment . I don't want to go for open surgery due to high recurrence rate I want Microsurgical approach but that will not solve my hydrocele problem . Also I see no swelling at all in my right testis only ultrasound diagonsed hydrocele on right side .
