Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy
Hello respectable doctors, Can I know what is bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy. My sister  got test results like this. She has breathing problem.

Inferior turbinates are two structures on either nasal cavity,which swells up in response to various factors, causing nose block. Then  patient will be snoring,mouth breathing, some times sleep disordered breathing. The enlargement  of the turbinates are called hypertrophy.
Next Steps
ENT evaluation,medical management with spray,if not improving,turbinoplasty.
