Big swollen red bump on buttock

Asked for Female, 24 Years

There is a swollen bump of approximately 5 cms diameter that I can feel on my buttock's inner part. It's hard and painful. I have pain while sitting. Seems like pus is filled Inside but there is no outlet. There are other smaller bumps surrounding in that area but all of them without a head. They are internal hard and painful. TodAy the biggest one has turned almost maroon. It's dark and hard.
