Big clots during period, no pain, 19d
Hello doctors, I have been bleeding for 19 days now, with big clots, my last cycle was 103 days long, and i have had irregular periods for 3 years now. I didn't have any pain or cramping, neither do i feel dizzy. I have doctor anxiety which is why I kept pushing a doctor's visit away. I was medicated for hypothyroidism last year, which went on for 6 months, then my skin was too itchy, and i had high IgE, to which my doctor gave me allergy meds and we stopped the thyroid medicine because my TSH was ~3, the doctor just told me to exercise and lose weight (if it was possible i would have done so myself, the weight won't budge no matter how much i try) I suspect I might have Hashimoto's, as i have had consistently high C-RP and high IgE for the past two years, i have no known allergies. I weigh 71 kgs right now, before my period I get bloated and my weight creeps up to 73.5kgs. Should I see an endocrinologist for hypothyroidism or a gynaecologist for hormonal imbalance?

Having thyroid might cause the other symptoms But having this amount of bleeding mandates additional work up along with a repeat thyroid Which includes a pelvic sonography Also bleeding heavily for so long will make you anemic So please Consult
