Cavity Always need to be filled immediately in order to prevent further progression.
In your case you have mentioned the cavity has increased
We need to see it clinically and an X-ray should be taken if it is superficial then the cavity can be filled.
If the cavity is big enough and reached the pulp inside we advise u root canal treatment.
