Better laxative for chronic constipation
For 16 month old which laxative is better. Lactitol or polyethylene glycol. I mean among two which does not cause abdominal cramps and which is not habit forming. Thanks in advance.

Better add cereals n pulses in diet. Food rich in fibres like fruits.
