Hello! I'm using betadin gargle 3-4ml mixed with 300-400ml warm water to gargle .. daily three times.. my question is if i swallowed it by mistake, will it be harmful??

If small quantity goes inside, no problem. Not to swallow the gargle.
If you feel difficult, go for salt water gargle
