A test is a test. We should never be in a hurry to do the test. Very often after doing an early test you will be advised to repeat the test after one week.

Not needed so early. But there is no harm in doing it. Depends upon the reason why do you want to do this test.
Beta HCG test can be done both in urin and blood. Negative report so early does not excludes pregnancy . You have to get it repeated after few days, if negative and consult your gynaecologist
