Beta hcg not doubling
Hi, I am around 5 weeks pregnant. When I first got my beta HcG tested it was 3751 and after 48 hours it has risen to 4800 which is just 30℅ increment. Dr has advised me to have sifasi injection every week and have ultrasound after 10 days as heartbeat is not there. What i read on internet is that it may take 48-72 hrs to double HcG level. Should I get this test done again. Does it indicate miscarriage signs? If yes, what can be done now? Please advise.I am so confused and afraid. Many many thanks in advance.

Hello.. in a ideal scenario the bhcg should double.. but it's not always necessary that it always happens exactly the same.. repeat ur ultrasound 1 week from ur last scan. The heart beat usually appears between 6-7 weeks. Consult ur doctor and keep taking progesterone. Good luck
