Beta hcg not doubling
Hi, I am around 5 weeks pregnant. When I first got my beta HcG tested it was 3751 and after 48 hours it has risen to 4800 which is just 30℅ increment. Dr has advised me to have sifasi injection every week and have ultrasound after 10 days as heartbeat is not there.
What i read on internet is that it may take 48-72 hrs to double HcG level. Should I get this test done again. Does it indicate miscarriage signs? If yes, what can be done now?
Please advise.I am so confused and afraid.

Hello.. in a ideal scenario the bhcg should double.. but it's not always necessary that it always happens exactly the same.. repeat ur ultrasound 1 week from ur last scan. The heart beat usually appears between 6-7 weeks. Consult ur doctor and keep taking progesterone. Good luck
