Beta HCG and periods
I was having a normal periods till Dec 2015 and on Jan 2016 my periods was delayed and when I took UPT it was weekly positive.Then I came to know that chemical pregnancy happened.From Feb I use to get only spotting and no flow of periods.And it was exactly 27 days once.This month i didn't get any spotting or periods till 39th day and when I took beta HCG it was 6.Doctor asked me to wait for 48hours.But the next day I got spotting and now it was like heavy flow after an year.Kindly advise what is the pro.Do I need to take the HCG again.what is the issue with me.

Helo,
The hcg level of 6mIU indicates that you are pregnant. Now spotting and bleeding indicates that you are having an abortion. So anyhow get the repeat hcg levels done to confirm abortion as hcg in a viable pregnancy doubles in 48 hrs, so it would not if its an abortion.
