I hv a previous ectopic pregnancy laproscopy surgery history 6 months back and now I m pregnant with Beta hcg 1725 but no sac visible in internal scan and what to be done next?

At bhcg 1000 plus sac shud be visible Repeat bhcg in 48 hours Connect with a dr in person this cud be a sign of ectopic pregnancy
