Hello, this is the common question asked to the dentist by majority patients.
Actually while choosing the toothpaste you have to first consult the dentist. Dentist will check your teeth and gums condition and accordingly prescribe you proper toothpaste which suites your oral condition.
Generally speaking there are lots of options available in the market, you can choose the one contains fluorides in it which prevents tooth decay progression. There are lots of other things to take care while choosing a toothpaste but it varies according to your need and oral condition.
