Eating a healthy diet that includes lot of fresh fruits , vegetables and fresh food . Avoid fatty food and low fat diet . Exercise regularly . Get yourself vaccinated for hepatitis. There should be only 60 ml intake of alcohol if you take it per week ideally to keep the liver healthy. We can help you treat that. Hi,  liver is kitchen of our body. It is good to keep liver healthy. Rose jam or Gulkhand,  pomogrenate juice,  coconut water is good for liver.
