It is only 2 months right. Please wait.it will stop. Dont take so many tablets while breastfeeding. There is a contraceptive pill which is good for breastfeeding. Tab minipill or cerazette 75 mcg. To be taken daily which is helpful for the spotting. Get an internal examination done.Take one course of antibiotics prescribed by your doctor which is safe for breastfeeding
