Best face wash and moisturizer

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have never used any type of face wash and soaps to my face. I am confused which type of face wash should be used for my face . And after washing face moisturizer must be applied . Which type of moisturizer should be applied? And please suggest some cream which would lighten my face and get rid of pigmentation and to fade scars!!
