Sir,Is Zirconia can be use as cavity filling for upper Molar teeth.Or I should go with traditional Silver amalgams. please suggest the best option for durability.

Zirconia is a kind of cap used in more aesthetic area, it can't be used as filling material. These days traditional amalgam fillings are not advisable because of silver toxicity. You can go for composite or GIC.
