Best and safe medicine during periods
Hello. I wanted to know which is the best and safe medicine to take during periods. I am unmarried presently and I take one tablet of maftal spas tablet during the first day of my period every month. I take one more if needed during the rest of the days of my period. Will it cause any infertility or any sort of side effects? Is there any alternate medicine for period cramps which is extremely safe and effective to be taken in the long run? Please let me know.

Meftal spas is anti spasmodic... not related to infertility.
use some better diet nd exercise to reduce the cramps.
