Belly fat reduce
Hi I want to loose belly fat . I ate some junk food like momo chowein south Indian food patties somosa all that things. Pls suggest how to reduce belly fat without going to gym and in Dec my marriage will be held.

Fat gain happens either due to addition of extra calories or due to failure to spend calories consumed...these extra calories deposited in our body as fat..for fat reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult nearest dietitian they will do the needful.

I think your weight is ok but you are saying that you have belly fat, so you have to concentrate on your abdominal exercise. First start with Suryanamskar ,Pawanmuktasan, Sarvangasan, Halasan,aerobics etc .Apply warm Til tail /Saindhavadi tail with udhvartan churn rub it over belly before bath everyday .Don't take high glucose diet. Take food rich in protein and fibre
