Behavioral issues with 8 year old

Asked for Male, 8 Years

My son is 8 years and 6 months old. He has some behavioral issues. It's been 5 years he has been going to school but has made no friends. He still sits alone in the class. No partner. Nobody is ready to sit with him as he disturbs and distracts whoever sits close to him. We tell him to follow certain things but even after telling the same thing two thousands times, he won't follow. Like if we don't tell him to brush in the morning, he won't. If we don't ask him if he has any homework, he won't tell. Every ptm we have to hear complaints. We see other kids his age very disciplined. Please help.
